How do I place an order?
Ordering from DoavnKa™ is simple. Browse our collection, select the décor pieces you’d like to purchase, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, continue to checkout and complete the payment process to submit your order.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use that information to follow the status of your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly to help avoid shipping delays, please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel an order. While changes cannot always be guaranteed, we will do our best to assist before the order is shipped.
